Our fully cooked Bone-In Leg of Lamb is the newest addition to our Festive Meal Kits. Expertly seasoned and fully cooked, it's ready to heat and serve. Full preparation instructions are provided on the item label. Basic heating instructions are outlined below.
Bone-In Leg of Lamb Heating Instructions (please see label for full instructions): Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Remove lamb from package and place in a roasting pan. Add a few tablespoons of the cooking liquid from the pouch and cover tightly with foil. Heat approximately 90 minutes from refrigerated or until the desired internal temperature is reached. Ovens may vary in temperature. For best eating quality, reheat to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium rare or 160°F (71°C) for medium.
